The RITS Reporter November 2022

The November-22 edition of RITS Reporter features:

Meeting with Gulab and Himanshu Bhatia

Over the past two years, pandemic has reduced face-to-face connection between people, but we are now rebounding. Looking back and recalling everything makes us anxious because of the losses we experienced, the confusion, and the potential termination of interpersonal relationships. There is, however, as they say, the light at the end of the tunnel. This time it took a while, but we can finally see the light.

RITS promoters ‘Sue and Gulab’ had to cut short their last visit during March’20 due to the onset of Covid. However, they ensured that they complete it this time around. They took out a full week out of their busy schedule to meet RITS teams at length.

The company has seen a considerable shift in the last two years. The onsite operations are now entirely different. We operate remotely, use 99% less paper, and support several issues such as work-life balance, environmental conservation, employee mental health, etc. We became aware that the age has passed and that we are now standing tall, growing stronger, and becoming more unstoppable than before, thanks to Gulab and Sue’s presence and their continued motivation and support. However, RITS will always be grateful to its staff, particularly Director Pankaj Seth for his great work. He has been instrumental in keeping the India operation going amid one of its most challenging Covid periods. We all came together as a powerful team, navigated the turbulence, and became older and wiser as a result.

Our procedure quickly changed to the new way of functioning. Our manager and team leads are tech-savvy problem solvers. They have battled the crisis and transitioned to the new normal, which is the future of worker management in this pandemic. Like Gulab said, he was envious of a company that was virtual, but today he is glad that his company has become virtual so quickly.

Gulab and Sue met operation and non-operation teams respectively from 12th Sep-22 to 15th Sep-22 for Dinner Meetings at ITC Maurya Delhi.

The meetings started sharp at 6.00 PM and it was good to see Gulab and Sue receiving the participants. To begin with, we raised a toast to celebrate a great business run during last 2 years. We also experimented successfully with remote work, a freelance recruiter program, team members joining us & operating from various states of India, and the increasing power of women in recruitment. Sue was happy to see that women who joined in the past year or so are giving expert & old-time recruiters a run for their money. Gulab was curious to know how leads manage teams, what business expectations are, how training takes place, and its effectiveness. He also shared the important discussion points from recently concluded Las Vegas conference of all US leaders of Rose and the plan of launching business in Canada.

We held a gala dinner at the Maurya at the conclusion of the event, which had authentic Indian and continental dishes. In addition, we took group photographs and said farewell to Sue and Gulab while promising to grow the business.

Shining Stars

We advance by achieving our goals and searching for new ones. It gives us the motivation to work harder and see what we can accomplish; occasionally, the outcome surprises us.

The fact that SHINING STARS met the strict requirements and were able to succeed in the competitive industry was encouraging. Being a performer and keeping up with performance requires a lot of perseverance, reliability, and self-control.

Here are photos of STARS that SHINED from the US Staffing Team.

RITS Virtual Talent Show

The Rose Club came up with the innovative concept to host a virtual talent show for the employees. The organizers got together and launched the event with tremendous excitement. It was a wonderful chance for RITS members to demonstrate their talents through videos.

Many members participated and submitted their videos of talent. Through these films, we learned how talented RITS is. It felt like we got back together and celebrated life. There are dancers, singers, actors, athletes, and painters among other performers. For RITS members, this was a terrific chance to take part and break up the monotony of working from home.

Enjoy the videos and give them as many likes as possible.
