RITS has a team of experienced Helpdesk professionals who are providing Helpdesk services to clients. RITS can set up, manage and operate a 24/5 helpdesk configured to meet your organizational needs. RITS will also learn your applications to provide bug fixes, production support and maintenance. The in-house Incident Tracking Application facilitates the generation of customized reports.
